Return and Exchange
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We handle our returns and exchanges with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy and satisfied with our products.
Kindly check your size carefully before placing an order by referring to the size guide provided for each item or reaching out to us if you need more help on this.
Section I - Returns
You may return the items and receive a full/partial refund (using the original payment method) if:
- the items received are defective or damaged; or
- you have received the incorrect items.
Section II - Exchanges
You may exchange the items in the following circumstances:
- the items received are defective or damaged;
- you have received the incorrect items; or
- exchange of size of items.
Section III – Requirements & Process
Requirements
Any request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it (with its tags attached);
- unworn or unused; and
- in its original packaging.
Process
To start a return/exchange, please contact us at myadvocado@gmail.com and provide:
- the receipt or proof of purchase;
- reasons for return/exchange and relevant details; and
- proof or photos of the issue (if applicable).
If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
For approved exchanges, we will notify you once the new item(s) have been shipped out.
Section IV - Shipping Costs
The return shipping fee will generally be borne by us unless it is for exchange of size of items, in which case, such fee will be borne by you.
Section V – Notes
For exchanges, please note that it may take some time for the new items to reach you if we do not have those items in stock/available.
Aside from the situations in Section I and II above, we may also choose to refund/exchange the items at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Kindly reach out to us and we will see what we can do!
